(a) enter any client's information on its server, or

(b) warrant or review the accuracy of any information related to the Service.

You agree that access to and use of the Service is at your own risk and neither Oncalls, LLC nor its principals, nor its affialiates, if any, shall be liable for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising from or related to either your use of the Service or any action or omission of Oncalls, LLC in providing the Service including but not limited to, your access to Oncalls, LLC's web site text, link(s), button(s) or banner(s). You further agree to indemnify and hold Oncalls, LLC and its principals harmless from and with respect to any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, joint or several, under statute, common law or otherwise, arising out of, based upon or in connection with access, use, inability to use or misuse of the Service.
